Bentley's lineup of Continental GT, Continental GT Convertible, and Flying Spur models has expanded with the introduction of a second V8 plug-in hybrid variant: the High Performance Hybrid, which delivers 680 PS. This powertrain will be available for all body types through either new core options or new Azure editions, where the focus leans towards enhancing passenger well-being and comfort. Alongside the 782PS Ultra Performance Hybrid model launched in 2024 under names like Speed or Mulliner, both the brand’s coupé and saloon configurations have transitioned entirely to electrically assisted V8 engines.

The introduction of the new Continental GT and Azure models brings with them Bentley’s latest High Performance Hybrid powertrain. This system combines a sophisticated 4.0-liter V8 engine with a robust electric motor, achieving a peak power output of 680 PS and a maximum torque of 930 Nm. Although the ultra-performance hybrid found in the Speed model still stands as the pinnacle within Bentley’s lineup, it is noteworthy that this new High Performance Hybrid surpasses the former W12-powered Speed in terms of power, torque, and overall performance metrics. Additionally, it can operate solely on electric power for distances up to 50 miles or 80 kilometers.

Together, these nine vehicles represent Bentley’s lineup of high-performance everyday supercars, with each model offering distinctive blends of impressive power, agile handling, superior craftsmanship, and elegant styling.

New Continental GT and GT Convertible – characteristics The latest fourth-generation Continental GT and GT Convertible flagship models highlight traditional design elements that have characterized the series since the initial release in 2003. Key features consist of Bentley’s iconic mesh grille, which now sports a high-gloss black finish complemented by a chromium border and center bar. Additionally, the under-bumper grills boast a matte-black look, contrasting against the glossy black splitter. The distinctive 'Harmony' headlights—differing notably from those found on the GT Speed—are reminiscent of finely-cut crystals and come equipped with a custom greeting light sequence. All exterior trim pieces are crafted from chrome material, including the dual chromed exhaust tips standing out amidst the darkened gloss diffuser at the back end. Moreover, red-tinted taillights incorporate this same welcoming illumination pattern known as Harmony.

The seats for the new Continental GT and GT Convertible are meticulously crafted by hand in Crewe using a straight fluted pattern. Customers can choose between shiny chrome or an available darker chrome option for elements like switches, air vents, organ stops, and door handles inside the vehicle. The tread plates bear the engraving “Handcrafted in Crewe, England.”

The V8 High Performance Hybrid powertrain develops a combined power output of 680 PS and a combined torque output of 930 Nm, endowing the new models with exceptional performance. The 0-60 mph sprint takes a mere 3.5 seconds for the new Continental GT (0-100 km/h in 3.7 secs), while the figure for the Continental GT Convertible is scarcely less impressive at 3.8 secs (0-100 km/h in 3.9 secs). Electric-only range is 53 miles / 85 km for the GT and 51 miles / 82 km for the GTC, with overall CO 2 numbers for the hybrid configuration reach as little as 29 g/km and 31 g/km correspondingly.

Bentley Active Chassis technology encompasses features like Dynamic Ride, Rear Wheel Steering, and eLSD, offering options for Comfort, Bentley, and Sport settings. These elements combined ensure smooth, stable, gradual, and user-friendly performance across various driving scenarios.

New Continental GT Azure and GT Convertible Azure The standout characteristics of the new Azure models include sophisticated styling, premium specifications, and an emphasis on wellness. The exterior’s revamped glossy black honeycomb grille with a shiny chrome border and vertical slats immediately catches your eye. Below this element lies another dark finish for the front spoiler contrasting against gleaming accents found around the grillwork at the bottom edges of the bumper and air ducts. Additionally, these editions boast fresh-looking 22-inch wheels finished in silver and polished aluminum, along with distinctive Azure logos positioned near the front fenders. On the interior side, passengers will notice newly designed three-dimensional harmonious diamond-stitched upholstery adorning both the seating areas and doors; each head restraint proudly displays the Azure emblem sewn into them.

A comprehensive set of features encompasses Wellness seating, an open-pore crown-cut walnut veneer trim, Azure interior treadplates with lighting, and contrasting stitches on the leather upholstery. Additionally, the Touring, Comfort, and Lighting Specification packages come as standards. In the Continental GT Azure, you'll find a panoramic sunroof, whereas the Continental GT Convertible Azure comes fitted with a neck heater for enjoyable top-down driving even when temperatures drop.

New Flying Spur The latest Flying Spur features a high-performance hybrid engine paired with an active chassis system, making it nearly unmatched except by the Flying Spur Speed when it comes to efficiently transporting up to five passengers quickly, securely, and comfortably. With acceleration from 0 to 60 mph taking just 3.8 seconds (or 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds), this car offers thrilling speed. However, thanks to its smooth ride quality, ample cabin room, and overall sophistication, extended trips remain easy-going experiences.

The updated Flying Spur stands out visually thanks to its glossy black honeycomb grill, matte black lower bumper grills, chromed accents, and elliptical chrome exhaust tips. Inside, the car features linear-stitched seats adorned with Bentley logos on the headrests, along with shiny chrome used for controls, trim pieces, ventilation outlets, and door pulls. Additionally, an alternate option of a darker chrome interior can be selected.

New Flying Spur Azure Similar to the Continental GT Azure, the new Flying Spur Azure boasts a distinctive black glossy matrix grille surrounded by chrome accents and adorned with 11 vertical slats. Distinctive design cues also encompass Azure badges on the fenders, bright chrome lower grilles, extensive chromed trimmings, and an all-new set of 22-inch wheels known as the Azure wheels. These wheels showcase a dual-tone appearance combining shades of silver and polished machined metal. Additionally, these Azure-specific components can be found in either chrome finishes or in high-gloss black for what’s called the Blackline Specification.

Every Azure model emphasizes minimizing stress and enhancing well-being, augmented by advanced driver-assistance features designed for more seamless and secure travel experiences. Consequently, the Flying Spur Azure includes Bentley’s Wellness seating across all four key positions: the pair up front along with the two outboard rear seats. This upholstery comes equipped with heating and ventilation systems aimed at keeping occupants at their ideal temperatures for maximum comfort and attentiveness. Additionally, a customizable massage mechanism offering six different programs facilitates ongoing minor adjustments in muscles and posture, crucial elements in warding off weariness during trips.

Additional sensory pleasures encompass ambient lighting, Harmony quilting on the interior doors and seats, Azure-embroidered headrests, open-pore crown-cut walnut accents, along with the inclusion of the Touring, Comfort, and Mood Lighting option packs. To complete the design, illuminated Bentley sill plates display the Azure designation.

A Bentley for every occasion The introduction of the latest models along with the popular Speed versions means that Bentley clients can select from the Continental GT, GT Convertible, or Flying Spur, all tailored to match their personal style preferences and performance needs. However, this selection process has only just begun—customers have access to an almost limitless array of choices when it comes to exterior paints, wood veneer types, trims, interior fabrics, and bespoke Mulliner features, allowing them to craft a uniquely personalized vehicle. Orders for the updated Continental GT model are currently being accepted, priced at UK – £202,400 RRP, Europe – €210,924 (pre-tax), and USA – $265,900 MSRP.
